Indians from these countries can fly without RT-PCR report

International flights Latest news today: While coronavirus cases have declined, the Ministry of Civil Aviation announced earlier this month that it would resume international flights from March 27. Notably, flight operations will resume after a two-year interval. Notably, India had suspended flight services on March 23, 2020 due to rising coronavirus cases. With the reopening of international flights, various airlines are expecting huge footfall to travel overseas for leisure and business purposes. Bahrain: This country has allowed unvaccinated tourists to enter the country without RT-PCR testing before departure. After arrival, air passengers can visit Al Jasra House, Al Bahrain Museum, Manama Souk, Dive Bahrain for diving in the world’s largest underwater theme park and Nurana Islands for kayaking and other water sports.

Egypt: As a growing tourist destination for Middle Eastern Indians, Egypt has also relaxed travel guidelines for tourists. The RT-PCR test is no longer required for travelers fully vaccinated with Covishield or AstraZeneca to enter Egypt. One can simply fill in a health declaration form and visit places like the Red Sea, Khan el-Khalili Market, Great Pyramids of Giza, among others.

France: Besides Bahrain and Egypt, France has also relaxed travel guidelines and removed the RT-PCR test report requirement for fully vaccinated travellers. After arriving, they can visit places like Paris and see the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Mont-Saint-Michel; or can go close to nature in regions like Provence, the French Alps, Dijon, Burgundy, Champagne and the city of Lyon.

Lebanon: Interestingly, a pre-departure RT-PCR test report is not required for travelers, who received their second vaccine at least six months before traveling to Lebanon. All they need to do is upload the vaccination certificate from the Ministry of Health website.

Turkey: Similarly, the Turkish government does not require an RT-PCR test for air passengers who have been fully vaccinated across the world. All they have to do is fill out a health form 72 hours before their arrival.

Norway: To travel to Norway, air passengers fully vaccinated within nine months of arrival do not need an RT-PCR test to enter the country. In case the final dose has exceeded the period, they will need a booster.
