HYDERABAD: BJP State Chairman Bandi Sanjay on Saturday ordered party leaders to mobilize at least one lakh farmers for the public meeting to be addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ramagundam on November 12, after dedicating the rebuilt factory of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd to the nation.

Sanjay, who held a preparatory meeting with BJP leaders from the former districts of Adilabad, Karimnagar and Warangal for the town hall meeting at the party office in Nampally, called on party workers to give a big welcome to the prime minister by decorating public places in all Assemble constituencies and organize rallies to raise awareness of the importance of the event.

He asked the party workers to explain to farmers across the state the Rs 6,120 crore spent by the Center for rebuilding the fertilizer factory and the benefits it brings to farmers not only from Telangana but from all over South India.
