Apologize to People for ‘PayCM’ Campaign: BJP in Congress | Latest India News

Hitting Congress for the “PayCM” campaign, BJP Nation General Secretary in charge of Karnataka, Arun Singh, said on Wednesday that it was an insult to Basavaraj Bommai, who is an “ordinary CM man” and demanded that the opposition party apologizes to the people of the state.

Speaking to reporters here, Singh said, “It’s the little spirit of Congress. Our CM Bommai works for farmers, put money in their accounts, gave scholarships to their children and gave special packages to SC/ST. He is an ordinary man and he works for ordinary people.

He was answering a question about the PayCM campaign.

He further stated that the Congress by launching such false commission allegation against the CM is stooping to a new low and it is somehow an insult to the common man and Karnataka.

“The people of Karnataka, the common man of Karnataka, will never forgive an insult to his chief minister of the common man…surely the people of the state will give them a good answer,” he said. he said, as he demanded that the big old party and its leaders apologize to the people of the state.

“PayCM” is a campaign targeting the government on the issue of corruption, including the 40% commission allegation made by the Karnataka State Contractors Association.

As part of the viral campaign, posters with Bommai’s face on a QR code were posted in different parts of the city; Congress leaders, including Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar, among others, had attended.

Highlighting the “collapse” of the Congress in Punjab and Goa and now the division within the party in Rajasthan, Singh said that in the coming days a similar division will also emerge in Karnataka between the leader of the State Congress DK Shivakumar and opposition leader Siddaramaiah.

“Rahul Gandhi is on a ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, while Congress ‘thodo’ and Congress ‘chodo’ (divide and leave Congress) were on. In Karnataka too, the same will happen,” he said, also saying Congress was synonymous with conspiracy and corruption.

Congress is a ‘leaderless’ party and that is the reason why they are wiped out from all over the country, and in next year’s assembly polls, this party will be totally wiped out and BJP will return to power with a target of 150 seats, he added.
