Saturday Jan 12th 2008, the program
“Proud to be"
will feature a 1/2 hour profile on
Stan Evan Smith,
media veteran of radio/television and print,
publicist, photographer, music on writer and
culture. Stan’s columns, interviews, writings
and features have appeared in various
publications in the United States, Europe and
the Caribbean. The profile will examine his
life, contributions and accomplishments as
professional in media experience in Music,
Journalism, Public Relations Radio and
Television, the field of healthcare/social
service, academics and community activities.
The program will be aired on
Manhattan Neighborhood Network,
Channel 57 at 8:30 pm.

the lecture room of
Grand Army Plaza branch of the

professor of Caribbean literature and gender

Executive Director of the Anti-Discrimination
Project at 'Gay Men of African Descent.'
