ome Carnival Season 2008, Trinidadians can get ready for a dose of the Money Goddess herself, Macka Diamond, who will be on a two week tour alongside Machel Montano and his band.  Macka, who recently added her vocals to Patrice Roberts’s, ‘Wukkin Up,’ already a number one single in Trinidad, Barbados and Canada, will be on tour with Montano’s band, which Patrice Roberts is also a member of. ‘Wukkin up,’ the remix is a catchy duet, which is already being touted as the anthem for the Carnival season. Macka will be there mainly to promote the single, which already has the streets of Trinidad and all Carnival subscribers gyrating and assuming the position. The tour kicks off on January 26^th 08, and will last until February 7^th, with Macka gracing the stage first at Hasley Crawford Stadium, before appearing on a series of shows across Trinidad and Tobago.
